FROM THE NORTH OR SOUTH ON RT. 95  

• Take  I-95 toward FREDERICKSBURG
• Take the VA-606 exit, #118 – toward Thornburg (.30 miles)
• Turn right onto VA-606 (8.81 miles)
• Turn left onto VA-208 (12 miles)
• Turn Right into High Point Marina
• Arrive at 4634 COURTHOUSE RD, MINERAL, Dockside Realty on the left

• Take Rt. 15 South
• At the “T” intersection of Rt. 15 and Rt. 29, take a right onto Rt. 29 West (18.36 miles)
• Stay on Rt. 29 – Rt. 29 becomes US 15S (21.83 miles)
• Exit onto Route 3 (2nd Culpepper exit, watch for signs for vineyard, exit is just after vineyard)  – at top of ramp, take left onto Rt. 3
• Cross over overpass (0.46 miles) and take first right at stop light onto Rt. 522
• Stay straight on Rt. 522, Zachary Taylor Highway (28.64 miles)
• At Dickinson Country Store, turn left onto Rt. 208 (4 miles)
• Turn Left into High Point Marina
• Arrive at 4634 COURTHOUSE RD, MINERAL, Dockside Realty on the left

                                                                           FROM CHARLOTTESVILLE 

• Take I-64 East towards Richmond
• Take exit #143/VA-208 toward FERNCLIFF/LOUISA – (0.4 miles)
• Turn left on COURTHOUSE RD[VA-208]
• Make a right onto Rt.22/Rt. 33 (Main Street)
• Make a left onto and left after RR tracks to follow Rt. 522  (5.5 miles)
• Make a right onto Rt. 208 at Dickinson Store (5 miles)
• After crossing the 208 Bridge, take a left into High Point Marina
• Arrive at 4634 COURTHOUSE RD, MINERAL, Dockside Realty is on the left
