Lake Anna Real Estate For Buyers

Have you been wondering about Lake Anna and whether you would enjoy owning lake property? Or maybe you have already been thinking about buying at Lake Anna, but you aren’t sure where to start. The first thing I would want you to know is that there is a great deal you need to know. All lake properties are not created equal, and you would benefit greatly from a local agent who is very familiar with the lake and its communities. Do yourself a favor and use a qualified local Realtor®.

As your agent I would help you analyze the varied characteristics of different areas of the lake, the type of lake activities that you are interested in, the wide span of property prices, and which property would best meet all of your criteria. My goal is to listen to what you are looking for and use my knowledge training and experience to ensure that we find the property that will allow you to enjoy all of the many benefits of the Lake Anna lifestyle.

I would want to make sure that you understand the difference between Waterfront Homes and Water Access Homes, as well as Waterfront lots and Water Access lots. We would explore the three counties that border the lake, Louisa County, Spotsylvania County and Orange County, and that the lake was created in the mid 1970’s to cool a Nuclear Power Plant. The function of the power plant means that the lake is divided into two parts, known as the Public Side and the Private Side. There is great fishing at the Lake which brings popular fishing tournaments, including exciting Bass Fishing Tournaments. Water Sports are immensely popular and many competitive skiers and wakeboarders enjoy our waters.

As your agent I would use my additional training as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) and a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI®) to guide you throughout the purchase process.

Come discover Lake Anna with me and let me help find your perfect place to enjoy the lake lifestyle.
